I have been a huge fan of Brad Pilon’s work and especially the Eat-Stop-Eat method that he came up with. When I heard about his new program, Anabolic Again, I had to check it out for myself. Here is an honest review of what I came up with and some things that may be helpful for you to know about it.

First off, this isn’t your average review that has a bunch of other products with four stars, three stars, and two stars leading you down a path to buy the product that they really want you to buy. I don’t have a bunch of other products on this site, because I only review stuff that I actually have tried. I also am not going to point out stuff about this product that appears to be bad, even if it isn’t, just so I can look unbiased. Instead I am going to tell you what I think of this program without any tricks or marketing hype. If I like it and think it has value, I will tell you.

You should also know that I have been lifting weights for over 25 years. I’m not some skinny geek that never even been inside a gym before making a bullshit review of a product that I never tried. There’s too much of that going on with the internet already and I hate it! Okay, sorry for the rant.

Ready? Okay, good.

Anabolic Again
Brad Pilon is the creator of the highly effective program Eat-Stop-Eat and has a long history in the sports supplement industry. An industry that he quit and kind of exposed that most supplements are useless and a waste of your money. I know that all of the ads are very effective at making you think that you need to pound the protein and take whatever the newest, must have, magic pill of the week is. In reality, most of them are junk. Save your money. I respect Brad a lot just for this, because he could of easily stayed in that industry and made a lot of money.

In his newest program, Anabolic Again, he talks about one of the biggest issues that people trying to gain muscle have, plateaus or sticking points. Brad calls it Anabolic Slowdown and if you have been lifting weights for a long period of time, you know what it is. In fact, any athlete who trains long enough and hard enough will experience anabolic slowdown. It is the bodies reaction to weight training and makes it nearly impossible to gain muscle. The premise of this program is to show you how to beat anabolic slowdown and get back to gaining muscle like you did when you first started training.

This is not for beginners!

In fact, if you are a beginner and do not have years of experience in the gym lifting weights, don’t buy this program. It is too powerful and is not for beginners that don’t know how to train. It can actually hurt you if you use it wrong!

The program has three components, the main workout manual, a guide on how much food you need to eat to build muscle, and a guide that will teach you how to measure muscle mass.

The Main Workout Manual:

This manual goes over a twelve week course that also has a four week bonus, so in reality you are getting a sixteen week workout program that will show you exactly what to do. This comes with a workout chart, pictures, and clickable video links in the ebook to show you all you need to know about the exercises.

Calorie Guide

This guide goes in to how many calories you should be taking in to build muscle. This is important because so many people get this wrong and either under eat or overeat, not to mention they eat the wrong foods or focus on eating too much protein. This is from being brainwashed by the fitness industry so they can buy their protein and supplements. Eating too much protein will just make you gain fat and actually look smaller than if you were ripped.

Muscle Mass Measurement

Brad reveals a brand new system that makes weight scales and thing of the past. This guide uses your overall body proportions and your strength to measure muscle growth. This will give you a way to figure out your muscle building progress without depending on a scale every day. Your weight can fluctuate wildly from day to day and if you depend on a scale too much, you may incorrectly think that you gained or lost fat, when it may just be water.

Anabolic Again Gets My Highest Recommendation!

In my opinion, for the money and for what you get with this program, I strongly recommend it if you are trying to gain muscle or break through a frustrating plateau.
